Sara who is our lovely director started up the agency in the UK. She works mainly in the London office but from time to time also in Sweden. Sara is Swedish but has lived in London since 1998. She has an excellent reputation within the entrepreneurial and recruitment community and her services are very much sought after. Sara has won a number of awards over the years. Sara also runs a number of other companies, including nanny and au pair sister agency Peekaboo Childcare the exclusive Bespoke Bureau that offers lifestyle services, consultancy, advisory, events and recruitment of all domestic and corporate staff.

Sara is also on the exec committee of BAPAA (British au-pair agencies association) and a number of other trade associations and is involved with a number of worldwide children charities.
